Coaches
Laura and Drew Scecina are a husband-wife team. Laura has a BA degree in Psychology, BSN in Nursing and a R.N. since 2007. She has also taught nursing programs at the high school level. Drew has a masters in Education and is currently an Elementary school teacher since 2011. Cross-country, and track & field programs and running have been their passion since they participated throughout all of their high school and college years. These programs are part of their best childhood experiences and they look forward to sharing this positivity, confidence building and race preparation for all team members.
Grow their confidence
Running builds confidence and strength. Structured and age-aligned track practice regimens follow the USATF guidelines. Each track activity challenges children both mentally and physically. Each practice increases in difficulty as the season progresses and is an opportunity for your child to embrace a new challenge.

Activities done with their teammates together
While running is an independent sport, track is about making friends and feeling like you are part of something bigger. Our program encourages children to take part in team building activities while challenging themselves to beat their own best times.
Confidence-building
The sky’s the limit
We are all born with the ability to do great things. When given the opportunity to be yourself, and feel accepted and comfortable-this type of nurturing environment, along with meaningful and skilled teaching, can raise children to great heights. Kids can find untapped potential and talent they never realized was present. This is the stuff that makes children soar.
